We are erdbär. With our colorful brands we put the fun in healthy, so that kids eat better. We have two brands (Freche Freunde and Rebelicious), more than 60 snacks for kids, mainly containing fruits & veggies, 85 employees and a lovely headquarters in Berlin. Our mission is to change the eating habits of future generations.

Why we were looking for an empowerment coach?

Team spirit is very important to us and we celebrate this every quarter with a team event for a day and every year with a big team camp where we spend a few days together reflecting, aligning and planning. In 2018 we also started our journey in becoming a 100% self organized company that works with its own system inspired by holacracy. We are searching for someone to help us put on workshops and team building activities to support that transformation and the personal development of every employee.

Annika has the perfect combination of serious knowledge in her field, a purpose driven-ness, passion as well as lighthearted playfulness. All of which fits our team spirit very well and we therefore felt instantly comfortable with her.

Our experience of working with Annika

Annika is very open minded and has an intuitive approach to her work that really goes well with how we work. We worked with her on multiple occasions. She developed and facilitated a 5 piece long workshop for a group of 15 people, who were specially selected, to become buddies within the company. She facilitated one of our quarterly team events and our previous 3 day team camp. She really takes her time to understand the actual task at hand and brainstorming with her on different approaches on how to tackle a given task is the most fun ever! If you want to – which is what we do – you can develop the workshops with her together and for us, this led to a perfect synergy.

Our results & outcomes

The workshops always went well and as a team we could even tackle quite tricky situations with ease and fun. The workshops always left us inspired and empowered. We’re looking forward to working with her in the future. 🙂
