Emotion Workshops

The Arc
I have been co-creating and leading events with The Arc since 2015 – these are 4-day intensive personal growth retreats, coaching entrepreneurs and change-makers in finding their purpose.
Ultreia Camino
I co-founded Ultreia Camino in 2018 – a 7-day coaching hike through beautiful nature in the north of Spain along the Saint James way, guiding individuals to find answers to the challenges they face and to connect with their hearts.
Conversation Sparkers
I founded the Conversation Sparkers project in 2018 – a beautifully illustrated card set promoting heart-felt connection and dialogue, created in collaboration with an artist and a writer, and brought to life through a crowdfunding campaign.
Young European Collective
I moderated idea-generating sessions for the Young European Collective in 2016 with the goal of strengthening our generation’s voice and being a proactive part of shaping Europe’s future.
#FreeInterrail Ambassador
I am an ambassador for #FreeInterrail, a successful civil society campaign to give 18 year-olds access to train journeys across Europe, fostering their sense of identity beyond their own national borders.
