How does it work?
Every company is different, so I tailor my workshops to the unique goals, needs, and budget of your company. My workshops can be structured over a course of hours, days, or months.
My comprehensive preliminary analysis allows me to evaluate your team’s dynamics and strengths, and from there we can co-create a plan of action. I believe that learning happens through experience which is why my methods encourage everyone to get involved (rather than simply sitting to listen to me speak). Our sessions will balance group work with individual work, my inputs with self-reflection, and, of course, lots of fun in the learning process.
My goal is to create a safe place where every team member feels comfortable, heard, and valued — an environment which facilitates openness and a willingness for change.
